There is no Save-as option available for workflows in MS CRM. So if we need to copy a pre-existing workflow, do we have to write the whole workflow again? Well, not really.

You can open CRM system then follows these steps:

 1. SETTING>>SOLUTIONS>>Then you can select solution created by you. See the screen shot.

Step 1: Goto https://xrmservicetoolkit.codeplex.com/, and download the folder XrmServiceToolkit.
