Duplicate Detection Rules of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013

This rule can be followed while importing the same contact name which already exists in CRM System, then it will not allow importing same contact name in CRM System. This rule can be used for importing any entity and related fields to it into CRM System.

To find status of this Rule: go to Settings > Data Management > Duplicate Detection Rules. 

Follow this step, below:

You can click Duplicate Detection Rules. (Figure 1)

Select new Duplicate Detection Rules. (Figure 2)

Now fill up the rule name for example (Same Contacts Name) and select any entity for example (Contact) then select any field name for example (First Name, Last Name and Full Name) and select criteria example (Exact Match). (Figure 3)

Then click Save & Publish then OK Button. (Figure 4)

Then select rule name (Same Contacts Name) then tab Publish then OK Button. (Figure 5)
