I would like to introduce a new add-on i.e. XrmLabs CRM Sales Target. It’s a superior add-on that organizes sales target based on revenue and Gross profit for an organization. These sale targets can be further divided into threshold, Budget and quota all in one excel type editable page display, a user can log into this system and according to his role and privilege he will be able to enter and edit his details.
It provides a rich and user friendly user interface to enter the sales target and other details much more efficiently by month and year wise. The display for this chart can be viewed by two user friendly way i.e. By Sales Person/Market and Market/Sales Person with providing the total at the end of each column and row. For Fiscal Period setting possible options are Annually, Semi-annually, Quarterly, Monthly, 4- Week period it can be set according to your requirement.
This tool provides us to enter details for each sale representative by per market directly from your browser to the corresponding CRM record. It’s a complete management for sales target which allotted to different sale persons to different market allocated in their location. This tool is built on Html 5 and java script. This tool can be added to almost any entity in CRM 2011 or in CRM 2013.

Details enter above can be viewed in a graphical manner on another web page under Sales entity called Sales Dash board. It is an easy understandable chart that displays sales revenue and Gross profit by each sales person and also shows targets divided into threshold, Budget and quota.

The display of the graphical value is being further divided into three sections i.e. Current month, past three month and current ((YTD) year till date). The values are displayed in front of each bar representing its value. There are four different colour bars to show different values for threshold, Budget, quota and actual for each sales person.
