How to create a solution and how to export it.

Firstly open the CRM and navigate to ‘Settings’ and click it.

Withing settings click ‘Solutions

Click on ‘New’ as show in image below to create a new solution

Enter all the filed underlined by red colour and save the record.

You can see a new solution is created by name ‘LeadAccountandOpportunity

Now select your newly created solution and click ‘Publish All Customization’ as shown in image below.

Click on the solution which you just created.

Open this record and click ‘Add Existing’ and select ‘Entity’ as shown in screen shot

Select ‘Account, Lead and Opportunity’ one by one and click ‘OK
