- Decision Making: When you and the outsourcing company work together, there are times when a difficult situation is to be dealt with experience. Don't keep all the decision makings on yourself. Draw a clear and straightforward contract of work and mention the areas of work taken by the outsourcing company and which you will deal with. Not to forget, say the kind of decision they are allowed to make and need your interference.
- Cultural Difference: You may face cultural issues when you go for outsourcing companies outside your country. There can be communication errors and even management problems arising out of it. The time issue is a real thing, and to cope with a cultural difference, you may do a straightforward something, and that is, you can take a training period from the company where you understand the kind of work and culture they maintain.
- Language Barriers: Language Barrier is a part of the Cultural difference, and many tie-ups get into trouble. English should be the language you have to opt for, but if you want a regional language, then go for regional companies.
