Today I am going to describe how to create Orders in Microsoft
Dynamic CRM . For creating Order first you have to Login into MS Dynamics CRM,
First page of Microsoft Dynamic CRM is show in below.

After Login the with proper credentials you will land into the home page.

To create order you have to follow the steps shown below. You have to click on SALES (Step 1) shown left top corner of the page,
then click on orders (Steps 2).

For Creating a New Order user has to click on New
Button appearing on the Left top corner of the Page.
After clicking New Page will open now we will create new order from this page, user needs to fill some
Mandatory fields like Name,
Currency, Price List, Prices Locked, and Potentials Customers.
Name- It’s
a text Field. User can input text in this.
Currency-
It’s a look up field which user can select the price, if the
user want to add new price the he can add it.
Currency Code-It’s
a look up field user can choose the currency from here.When user select the
currency the other fields like Currency Name, Currency Precision , Currency
Symbol is automatic filled.
Price List –Price
List is look up field user can select the existing Price list ,if want to add
New price list then there is option available to create new price list.
New Price List Page contain some Mandatory field
–Name, Currency, select currency is lookup user can select existing Currency
Creating Item for New
Price List Item.
To create the New Price list Item click on “Price List Item”
then New page will open from there user can create the New Item for New Price
list.(See the Screenshot Below).
New Price List
New Price list form contain the Mandatory fields Product
list, Product,Amount.
Product List- Select the name of the Price list in which
user want to add product.
Product- Select
the product for that price list .
Unit- Select the
Unit of that Product.
Amount- Select the price of that Product.
When the Product is added for that price list then all
product is show in view of Price list .(See the Screenshot Below .)
Potential Customer-
Select the Potential Customer inside the New Order .
After filling all the Mandatory field in New Order then
user have to Save the New Order, the Save Button Exist in the top left corner
of the form.

Now the New Order is created by the name Test Sid, Add the Product for that order
after the creating the new order .
Note – By following these steps you can create new order
and create the Product for that Order. If
User want to search any order then go to on Home Page there is option
is available “Advanced Find” click on this a new form is open.
Select Order in Look For Field then click on Result
After click on the Result button a list of Order will display that already Exist in the system. Please see the Screenshot.
