Its wide range of integrations includes popular applications like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, as well as custom integrations via APIs and webhooks.

How AirSlate integrates with SharePoint

Integrating AirSlate with SharePoint allows organizations to seamlessly automate and manage document workflows directly within their SharePoint environment. This integration leverages the strengths of both platforms to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and data management.

It provides the features of document automation to create dynamic document templates that can be filled out and managed directly from SharePoint. Also, it automatically generates documents using data from SharePoint lists and libraries. There are some processes that we can follow while integrating with SharePoint:

1. Workflow Automation:

  • Trigger Workflows: Initiate AirSlate workflows based on specific events in SharePoint, such as the creation or modification of a document.
  • Approval Processes: Set up automated approval workflows where documents are managed in the organization within SharePoint.

2. Data Synchronization:

  • Two-Way Sync: Keep data in sync between AirSlate and SharePoint, ensuring that updates in one platform are reflected in the other.
  • Data Collection: Use AirSlate forms to collect data and automatically update corresponding SharePoint lists or libraries.

3. eSignatures:

  • Seamless Signing: Integrate AirSlate’s eSignature capabilities into SharePoint workflows, allowing users to sign documents directly within SharePoint.
  • Audit Trails: Maintain comprehensive audit trails of all signed documents for compliance and record-keeping.

4. Integration Tools:

  • Connectors and APIs: Utilize AirSlate’s connectors and APIs to create custom integrations and automate complex workflows that involve both platforms.
  • Pre-Built Templates: Leverage pre-built workflow templates that facilitate common tasks such as contract management, HR onboarding, and more.

Key Benefits

  1. Empower your employees: AirSlate helps our employees succeed by giving them the tools to focus on what’s most important for business.
  2. Advanced analytics: Its analytics tools display our business data in real-time, as it happens.
  3. Improved Collaboration: Enhance collaboration by streamlining document workflows and ensuring all employees have access to the latest versions of documents.
  4. Enhanced Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy by synchronizing data between SharePoint and AirSlate.
  5. Data accuracy, security, and compliance: When AirSlate Bots transfer data, we can be sure it’s accurate, compliant, and auditable.

Project Implementation

Project Name: HR Onboarding Process with AirSlate and SharePoint

Client Requirement

Our client requires a fully automated HR onboarding process, eliminating the need for manual intervention. The process involved sending various forms to new hires for completion, capturing digital signatures, and routing these forms through an approval workflow.

Solution
To meet our client's requirements, we implemented an automated onboarding solution using AirSlate's workflow automation and bot capabilities, integrated with SharePoint.

Features Implemented

  • Ensure completed and signed forms to the relevant HR for approval.
  • Automate notifications and reminders to keep the process on track.
  • Integrate with SharePoint to store and manage all onboarding documents.
  • Synchronize data between AirSlate and SharePoint to ensure consistency and accessibility.

Project Name: Digital contract process with Airslate and Salesforce Integration

Client Requirement: Our client designs some contracts and sends the customers a digital signature to run their business. The purpose of this project is to auto generate contracts based on the opportunity and ask digital signature from customers.

Solution
To meet our client's requirements, we implemented an automated contracts solution using AirSlate's workflow automation and bot capabilities, integrated with Salesforce.

Features Implemented

  • The flow starts from AirSlate asking for the Opportunity Name or Lead Name to fetch the information from Salesforce.
  • Based on this information, change order contracts are generated.
  • It provides a clear sequence of actions that need to be taken, ensuring everyone involved understands their roles and responsibilities.
  • In contract documents we have added two steps to configure different settings for Designer and Customer wise action items.
  • In this we have a web form to capture the information from salesforce, ask some additional input to generate digital pdf contracts.
  • It can allow users to upload their design and get signatures from customers on the design or send acknowledgements form to them.
  • Synchronize data between AirSlate and Salesforce to ensure consistency and accessibility.

Outcome

The automated digital contract process we implemented using AirSlate met all our client’s requirements. It runs smoothly, handling all aspects of manual errors and speeding up the process time. As a result, the client was highly satisfied with the project and its outcomes.

This project demonstrates our expertise in leveraging AirSlate and Salesforce integration to deliver efficient, automated solutions that enhance business processes and client satisfaction.

In this Airslate flow, the bot will manage all the roles and responsibilities, conditions and steps of the designed contracts. It will handle the payment process with all the security and configurations.

Airslate complements Salesforce by providing advanced workflow automation capabilities. When integrated with Salesforce, Airslate can automate complex business processes that involve multiple steps and conditions. It can pull data from Salesforce, automate actions based on that data, and update Salesforce records based on the outcomes of automated processes.
