In previous blog I discussed about “ How to create Order in MS CRM 2013 “ Today I going to describe
“How to create Quotation in MS CRM ”. Here I have describe to create the
quotation in MS CRM 2013 .The Quotes option is available from navigation menu of the Sales entity.
After Click on Quotes a new Page is open which contains the
list of Existing Quotes & there is 'New' button to create the new
Quotes. Please see the screenshot below.
On clicking New button a new Quote form is open, this form contains some mandatory fields
like Quote ID, Revision ID, Name, Currency, Price list, Potentials Customers.
Quote ID- Its a auto generate field.
Revision ID- Its auto generate field.
Name- Enter the Name of the Quotation.
Currency- Select the Currency for the Quotation.
Price List- Name of the Price List in which the Product Item
is available.
Potentials Customers- Name of the client, for which customer
Quotation is preparing.
After filling all the Mandatory field then save this Quotation, Now your Quotation is save, after saving the Quotation then add the
products for this Quotation, please see the snapshot below.
Now the New Quotes is created with quote products.
