Useful SQL server expression (SSRS) for Date & Time conversion

Basic idea of this article is to use of SQL server expression to convert and get date& time fromat.

SQL Server string to date / datetime conversion:

String date conversion (Without century (yy)): convert string to datetime

Convert string to date&time

Day (Mon) types are nondeterministic conversions:

SQL server datetime format (mon dd yyyy hh:mm:ss:mmmAM (or PM))

Date format (ISO) works international standard

Unable to restore SQL Server enterprise database to SQL Server 2012
Database 'YOURORG_MSCRM' cannot be started in this edition of SQL Server because it contains a partition function 'AuditPFN'. Only Enterprise edition of SQL Server supports partitioning.
Database 'YOURORG_MSCRM' cannot be started because some of the database functionality is not available in the current edition of SQL Server. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 905)
